Handling 

All orders are processed within 72 hours of receiving the order confirmation. Please note that during sale periods or holiday periods the handling time can be a bit longer. The items are all packed in a durable cardboard (letter)box to ensure safe transport. When ordering multiple items in one order, a similar, bigger packaging will be used. 

Shipping 

All shipments are handled by PostNL. Shipments include a tracking number and by choosing a signature confirmation. 

PostNL Priority:

For one item there is a shipping rate of €6,95 per order up to 10kg within The Netherlands. Insured shipping up to €500 adds another +€3,90.

Countries within the EU can choose a shipping rate from €11,75 and up and €31,50 and up for countries outside of the EU. Domestic orders usually take 1 or 2 working days, European orders may take up to 6 working days and worldwide orders may take up to 30 working days to be delivered, depending location and customs.

Shipping to the US can only be registered as a gift and valued under $100. We are not accountable for the loss of these packages.

We always ship full value, with exception for the US. if you want to discuss other options please DM on Instagram or send an email before purchase.

IN STORE PICKUP

All orders can also be picked up in store within 72 hours after purchase. Free of charge.  Orders that are not picked up on time cannot be refunded or returned.

SHIPPING NOTICE:

We are currently unable to ship every country. Afghanistan, Antigua & Barbuda, Belarus, Belize, Botswana, Central African Republic, Chad, Fiji, French-Polynesia, Guinee-Bissau, Guinee, Irak, Iran, Libia, Liberia, Mali, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Solomon Islands, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Samoa, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Ukraine & Yemen are excluded.

If you don't live in any of these countries and somehow are unable to order, please contact us and we'll see what we can do!

All international orders may have a delay of a couple of days to a few weeks, depending on the transit distance.
