The design of this jacket clearly reflects the influence of classic British Barbour outerwear and military styling, visible in its structured cut, functional belt, and oversized pockets. The exterior features large Italian-made FIOCCHI military snap buttons, a thick police-style metal belt, throat-strap buckles, and a wide wind flap that offers extra protection against harsh weather.
The Master jacket is constructed from heavy 100% cotton “jungle cloth,” a densely woven fabric designed to block wind and light rain. For even greater weather resistance, the material can be waxed. The four front pockets, single rear pocket, and arm linings are crafted from rare new-old-stock plaid HBT cotton sourced from a Los Angeles warehouse in limited quantities. Inside, a dark navy 100% cotton corduroy lining provides softness and warmth.
All together, these elements create a jacket built primarily for protection and practicality, while still delivering a strong and distinctive style. The jacket has little signs of wear and some discoloration on the inside of the zippers over-flap. So not visible when closed.
